Α. Shipping Information
Delivery within Greece is conducted by ELTA COURIER and is free of charge.
Estimated delivery time is one (1) to two (2) business days. Estimated delivery times are indicative.
Delivery time starts from the time the order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period during which your products are prepared and shipped from our store.
Before we ship your products, we will need to confirm the details with the credit/debit card issuer. We will do our best to keep the delays to a minimum.
Please make sure that the shipping address you have provided is correct as we cannot redirect orders when they have already been shipped.
Β. Delivery Information
We aim to deliver the products to the place and person of your choice in excellent condition and in the minimum possible time. Delivery within Greece is conducted by ELTA COURIER.
Estimated delivery times serve as a guide beginning from the day the order was placed.
Upon delivery of your order, your signature is required to receive the products. If you have authorized another person to receive your order, then signing them is proof of the completion of the transaction as well as of the transfer of liability as mentioned above.
Please, check that the package has not been damaged before you sign.
C. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
You have the option to return the products you have purchased within 14 days of the delivery date. In such a case, you will receive a refund of equal value to the products you are returning. If there is any damage or problem with the products, the refund will be paid by the company.
Your returns will be made at our own cost as long as you use ELTA COURIER.
You can exchange the purchased product with the same product. You may not exchange a product you have ordered with another kind.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your items must be unused. We will not accept any item that is damaged or opened. In such a case, we may send the product back and / or you might not be entitled to a refund.
